UT Graduate: Makenzi | Austin Senior Photographer | University of Texas

Well it finally happened: I got to shoot a UT graduate session for the first time this spring and it was even more amazing than I had hoped!  The campus itself has so many beautiful buildings and details to photograph, I was almost overwhelmed trying to select spots to shoot at.  Even with the dozens of other photographers and seniors trying to get photos done on that day (Yay Senior Season), there was always something to use for the perfect background.  But even with all of the neat lighting and locations, what really made this session one of my favorites was getting to photograph one of the sweetest college grads ever!

Y'all, this is Makenzi and she is amazing.  Not only does she resemble a blonde Nina Dobrev/Hayden Panettiere (What a combo right??), but she just shines in all ways.  Even though we only spent a couple of hours together, I quickly came to the conclusion that she is just one of those people who can brighten a room as she walks in with just her smile and personality.  Photographing her was an absolute dream as she totally let loose and had fun and we got to capture some amazing authentic images (My favorites).  We got a great variety of moods and settings + some of those must-have "I just graduated from UT" shots.  Over all, it was amazing and I'm so excited to finally get these images on the blog!  So excited, that I'm going to keep this pretty short and sweet and get right to the good stuff. Just keep scrolling to see a few of my favorites from this amazing UT Senior Session:

Thank you again Makenzi for trusting me with your senior portraits and showing me all of the coolest spots on the UT Campus!  So excited for you and all of the amazing things you're sure to do to do now that you're on to your next set of adventures!

And if you're a 2018 senior looking for your senior portrait photographer here in Austin, let's chat!  I'd love to talk about how we can best capture your personality for this huge milestone in life!
