So many of my seniors this year have completely inspired me. They’re ambitious, shining with their unique gifts, and are just as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. Kristen is a perfect example of that and I just adored getting to know her this Summer as I captured this part of her story.

This girl has so much passion for Jesus, her faith and loving others through that. I had so much fun getting to just talk about life with her, hear her dreams, and even learn how she started a bible study with friends to encourage one another through high school (How awesome is that??). She’s just one of those people who radiates kindness, you can see it in her smile, and I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to capture that and more!

She opted for a session at my favorite nature park in Lee’s Summit, where we were able to find stunning and vivid green backdrops. It always amazes me how green it gets here, especially now when we’re coming out of winter! The greenery was the perfect compliment to the vibrancy of Kristen, which is why I love shooting in nature so much, it never lets me down.
